  • Can you hold a place before I apply?

    No, unfortunately we are unable to hold anything until after we have received an application and deposit. 

  • Do I pay first month’s rent and security deposit prior to move in?

    Yes, prior to move in the security deposit along with the first month’s rent will be required. 

  • How do I pay rent?

    You may pay by check, money order or debit/credit card through our website. 

  • How old do you have to be to apply?

    18 years of age. 

  • I want to get a pet. What do I do?

    We do welcome pets but there are some breed restrictions, size and weight restrictions as well as a pet deposit. Please contact us for further details. 

  • I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?

    If your roommate meets all of their application qualifications on their own then they would be allowed to release you from the lease. 

  • Is the deposit refundable?

    Yes, providing there are no damages caused to the property then all of the deposit is refundable. 

  • My lease expiration is coming up and I want to move out. What do I do?

    You must provide a 30 day notice stating that you will not be renewing your lease. 

  • Who needs a cosigner?

    Anyone who do not meet our credit or income requirements. 

  • You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

    You can submit an application online or contact Canyon Holdings directly.
